Can I cancel my order in case I changed my mind after placing it?

Yes, the order could be cancelled for the products only that are not ready for shipping, only if it's cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. We know our deadline is short, but we try to get started with the order as soon as we receive it, so it could be delivered ahead of time.

Could I get the refund of my order is not delivered on time?

We try to act fast as soon as we receive the order so there are very minor chances that the order gets delayed, But, due to some unforeseen circumstances if that happens, we will try to be fair and explain the situations and process the refund according to that.

What if I entered the wrong details for shipping? Can I Update it later on?

To provide with best customer service we request you to make sure all the details are correct while placing the order, but if it needs to be updated later on, we request you to email is within 24 hours of time frame so we can make sure all the details are correct before shipping it.

What if the product is damaged and needed to be returned?

We understand how frustrating it is to get the damaged product, so we make sure that every product is properly inspected before we ship it. But if you find any damaged product, we request you to inform us via email at within 48 hours of receiving the product with the required photos. As soon as we are informed about any damaged product, we will assess the situation and try to send a confirmation email mentioning the Return Accepted so you can ship the product. Please keep in mind that some products when shipped takes more than usual time to get it delivered depending on the geographical location.

When will I get my refund for the return products?

As soon as we receive the product, we will inspect it and process the refund in 24 hours, and it depends on the bank for the time frame of refund. Usually, most banks have the policy of 6-7 business days to process the refunds.
